We schedule a video call at a time that works for you. The goal is to understand your data, your current tools and what success looks like. There is no charge for this call.
Step three: a written proposal
Within five working days you receive a short document covering scope, timeline, cost estimate and the specific metrics we will optimise. If it does not make sense for you, no hard feelings.

Do I need to prepare anything for the first call?
Not really. If you can describe the business problem in a few sentences, that is enough. Sharing a sample dataset beforehand helps, but it is not required at this stage.
Is there a minimum project size?
Our smallest engagements start around £5,000 for a focused proof-of-concept. Strategy audits are typically £3,000 to £8,000 depending on the number of systems we review. We will tell you upfront if your project is too small for our model or if another provider would be a better fit.
Can we sign an NDA before sharing data?
Yes. We have a standard mutual NDA that we can send over within the hour. If your organisation requires its own template, we are happy to review and sign that instead.
